Summary
This study looked at 85 older adults (70+) in Spain to see if ultrasound scans and blood tests can help measure muscle quality and frailty. Participants were divided into groups, with one group doing a physical exercise program. The goal was to find better ways to detect early signs of frailty and muscle loss, which could help prevent further decline.
