Summary
This study looks at 840 people in Paris whose hearts stopped and didn't restart with standard CPR. They received a special life-support machine called ECMO to keep blood flowing. Researchers will track how many survive for one year and how well their brains recover. The goal is to see if this emergency technique works in real life.
