Summary
This study looked at how different types of cycling training affect muscle strength and overall fitness in 45 sedentary but healthy adults. Participants did either eccentric (resisting the pedal) or concentric (normal pedaling) cycling for 14 weeks. The goal was to see which method improves fitness more efficiently and with less effort.
