Could when you eat be key to taming diabetes?
NCT ID NCT07171281
Summary
This study is testing if restricting meals to an 8-hour window, either early or late in the day, can improve blood sugar control and heart health in people who are overweight and have prediabetes or type 2 diabetes. It will involve 30 participants who will try both eating schedules for five weeks each. The goal is to see if meal timing, combined with eating fewer calories, is a useful strategy for managing these conditions.
