Can early comfort care boost quality of life for blood cancer patients?

Summary
This study looks at whether adding early palliative care to standard treatment helps people with multiple myeloma or aggressive B-cell lymphoma feel better. About 144 patients and their caregivers will be randomly assigned to receive either usual care alone or usual care plus early palliative care. Researchers will track quality of life, symptoms, and mood over three months to see if the extra support makes a difference.
