Summary

This study tests whether giving magnesium sulfate early through an IV can reduce dangerous narrowing of brain arteries after a traumatic brain bleed. About 50 adults with head injuries will receive the treatment within 24 hours. The goal is to see if magnesium can prevent complications that often lead to long-term disability.
