New study to test delayed resuscitation for trauma patients in Low-Resource settings

Summary
This study looks at how giving fluids later might affect survival in people with severe bleeding from torso injuries in low-resource hospitals in Latin America. About 716 adults with major injuries and low blood pressure will be observed. The goal is to understand the best fluid strategies and improve care quality.
