Summary

This study aims to find people who have asthma or COPD but don't know it yet. Participants will complete an online questionnaire to see if they are at risk. Those at risk will be randomly assigned to receive early diagnosis and treatment from their primary care doctor or usual care. The goal is to see if early treatment improves their quality of life.
