Summary

This study is looking for early warning signs that lung scarring (fibrosis) is getting worse in people with various types of interstitial lung disease. Researchers will follow 450 adults over time, using blood tests, breathing tests, CT scans, and breath analysis to find markers that predict rapid decline. The goal is to better understand the disease and improve future treatment decisions.
