Ear acupuncture studied to soothe Post-Surgery stomach woes

Summary
This study is testing if ear acupuncture can help people recover after major abdominal surgeries like Whipple procedures or partial stomach removal. It aims to see if this therapy can ease common post-surgery problems like slow stomach emptying, nausea, pain, anxiety, and poor sleep. Researchers will observe and compare outcomes in about 159 patients who receive the ear acupuncture treatment.
