Can a seed on your ear help you get pregnant? study tests ancient technique for modern IVF stress
NCT ID NCT07409792
Summary
This study is testing if a complementary therapy called auricular point sticking (placing small seeds on specific ear points) can help women undergoing IVF. Researchers want to see if this technique reduces anxiety, improves sleep quality, and ultimately leads to better pregnancy outcomes. They will compare two groups of about 178 women: one receiving standard IVF medication alone, and the other receiving the standard medication plus the ear acupressure therapy.
