Summary
This phase 2 trial is testing a combination of two drugs, enfortumab vedotin and pembrolizumab, in people with rare cancers of the bladder, urinary tract, or testicles. The study aims to see if these drugs can shrink tumors or slow disease progression. About 68 adults will receive the drugs intravenously over several cycles, with treatment continuing for up to 5 years if it helps.
