Video game therapy: VR could stop anxiety before it starts in teens

Summary

This study tests a virtual reality game designed to help children aged 10 to 16 improve how they manage their emotions. The goal is to see if playing these VR games can reduce symptoms of anxiety and depression. About 160 kids will either play the emotion-training games or relax in calming VR environments for five weeks.
