Summary
This study aims to find out if switching to e-cigarettes or oral nicotine pouches helps adults who smoke reduce their cigarette use. Researchers will give 256 participants one of these products for 4 weeks, testing different flavors and nicotine strengths. The main goal is to see which product and combination leads to the greatest reduction in daily cigarette smoking.
