New drug duo shows promise for hard-to-treat blood cancers

Summary
This study tests a combination of two oral drugs, duvelisib and venetoclax, in 55 adults with relapsed or refractory chronic lymphocytic leukemia (CLL) or Richter's Syndrome. The goal is to see how well the drugs work together to shrink or control the cancer. Participants must have tried at least one prior therapy. The study is active but no longer recruiting.
