First seen Nov 21, 2025 · Last updated Apr 30, 2026 · Updated 23 times
Summary
This study looked at whether a type of exercise that combines physical movements with a mental task (like walking while counting backwards) can improve balance, walking, thinking, and fatigue in people with multiple sclerosis (MS). 26 people with MS took part. The goal was to see if this "dual-task" training helps them handle everyday activities that require doing two things at once.
