Summary

This study tests whether adding both carbon footprint and calorie labels to cafeteria food helps university students make healthier and more eco-friendly choices. About 200 students will be split into two groups: one sees the labels, the other does not. Researchers will track the carbon footprint and nutritional quality of meals selected over 8 weeks to see if the labels make a difference.
