NCT ID NCT05669547

Summary

This 12-month study tested a new automated system that delivers both insulin and glucagon to manage type 1 diabetes. It involved 243 adults in the Netherlands and compared this dual-hormone system to their current standard or advanced care. The main goal was to see if the new system could keep blood sugar in a healthy range more effectively over a long period.
