Summary
This study tests a new drug called DT2216 combined with the chemotherapy irinotecan in children, teens, and young adults whose solid tumors have come back or not responded to treatment. The goal is to find the safest dose and see if the combination can shrink tumors, especially in a rare liver cancer called fibrolamellar carcinoma. About 81 participants will take part in two phases.
