Summary
This study tests if a new, automated laser treatment (DSLT) works as well as the standard laser treatment (SLT) for lowering eye pressure in people with open-angle glaucoma. About 51 adults will receive one of the two treatments and be followed for 12 months. The goal is to see if the simpler DSLT procedure can offer similar benefits with less discomfort and better access to care.
