Summary
This study looked at two treatments for jaw pain caused by teeth grinding (bruxism): dry needling (tiny needles into tight muscles) and a custom mouth splint. Forty adults with jaw pain were treated and followed for six months. The goal was to see which approach better reduced pain and improved mouth opening.
