NCT ID NCT04263181

First seen Mar 04, 2026 · Last updated May 17, 2026 · Updated 10 times

Summary

This study looks at whether testing cancer cells in a lab can predict how well chemotherapy will work for people with acute myeloid leukemia (AML) or myelodysplastic syndrome (MDS). Researchers will collect blood samples from 80 adults before treatment and test them against different drugs. The goal is to see if these lab results match patients' actual responses to therapy, which could help doctors choose the best treatment in the future.
