First seen May 12, 2026 · Last updated May 14, 2026 · Updated 2 times

Summary

This study looked at how a new tuberculosis drug, OPC-167832, interacts with other medicines in 24 healthy adults. Participants took the drug alone and with either a common antifungal or seizure medication to see how their bodies processed it. The goal was to check for safety and measure drug levels in the blood, not to treat any disease.
