Summary

This study looked at how taking the antibiotic erythromycin changes the amount of a new drug, BI 1291583, in the blood. Twenty healthy adults took both drugs in a fixed order. The goal was to see if the antibiotic affects how the body processes the new drug, which helps guide future dosing.
