Scientists test drug mix in healthy volunteers
NCT ID NCT07279233
Summary
This study aims to understand how carbamazepine, a common epilepsy medication, affects how the body processes an experimental cancer drug called mirdametinib. Researchers will give both drugs to 36 healthy volunteers and measure the drug levels in their blood over time. The goal is to learn if taking these drugs together changes how much mirdametinib stays in the body, which is important for future patient safety.
