Summary

This early-phase study is testing a combination of four drugs (belantamab mafodotin, nirogacestat, pomalidomide, and dexamethasone) in 14 people with multiple myeloma that has returned or stopped responding to at least three prior treatments. The main goals are to check safety and find the right dose. Researchers will also look at whether the treatment shrinks tumors.
