First seen Nov 01, 2025 · Last updated May 04, 2026 · Updated 24 times
Summary
This study tests if a special remote called DreamChanger, used by parents along with a therapy that helps kids rewrite their bad dreams, can reduce nightmares in children ages 3 to 10. About 120 children will either get the treatment right away or be placed on a waiting list. Parents will learn how to use the device and therapy through videos, and will report on their child's sleep and behavior over several weeks.
