First seen Jun 26, 2026 · Last updated Jun 26, 2026
Summary
This study compares 12 weeks of supervised dragon boat training to unsupervised home exercise in 72 women who had breast cancer surgery. Participants will be randomly assigned to either group, and results will be measured after the training period.

Dragon boat training
What this could lead to
If it works, this could offer a fun, group-based exercise option to help breast cancer survivors regain strength and well-being.
What could go wrong
This is a small, early-phase study with only 72 participants, so results may not apply to everyone. The benefits of dragon boat training over home exercise are uncertain.
