First seen Jun 27, 2026 ยท Last updated Jun 27, 2026

Summary

This study tests whether adding daratumumab back to pomalidomide and dexamethasone can improve complete remission rates in 15 adults with relapsed or refractory AL amyloidosis who have already received daratumumab. Participants receive the three-drug combination to control the disease. The goal is to see if this approach works better than pomalidomide and dexamethasone alone.
