Summary

This study is testing whether providing extra support from doulas (trained birth companions) and care coordinators helps parents of very premature babies. It focuses on parents in a Philadelphia hospital NICU, aiming to reduce stress, anxiety, and depression after their baby goes home. The support starts in the hospital and continues with a community doula after discharge.
