NCT ID NCT06730841

First seen Nov 20, 2025 · Last updated May 09, 2026 · Updated 25 times

Summary

This small study tested a new way of using mild electrical currents on the scalp (tDCS) to help people with depression that hasn't gotten better with other treatments. The approach used stronger and more frequent sessions than usual. Only 3 people took part, and the main goal was to see if the method was safe and doable, not yet to prove it works.
