First seen May 30, 2026 · Last updated Jun 15, 2026 · Updated 3 times
Summary
This study tests whether lower doses of chemotherapy can effectively control lung cancer in patients aged 70+ or those with other health problems. About 280 participants will receive pre-set reduced chemo doses to see if tumors shrink while causing fewer side effects. The goal is to find a safer treatment option that still helps manage the disease.
