Summary

This study tests a new device called the Doraya Catheter in 30 adults hospitalized with acute heart failure who have fluid buildup that doesn't respond well to standard water pills (diuretics). The catheter is designed to help remove excess fluid from the body. The goal is to see if the device is safe and works better than current treatments.
