First seen Jan 29, 2026 · Last updated Jun 10, 2026 · Updated 17 times
Summary
This study follows about 51 premature infants (born before 37 weeks and weighing 2.75 pounds or less) who received donor human milk in the NICU. Researchers want to see how these babies grow and develop after they go home. The goal is to learn whether an exclusive human milk diet supports better long-term health for these vulnerable infants.
