New hope for patients with debilitating stomach pain and nausea
NCT ID NCT01696734
Summary
This study is testing a drug called domperidone for people with severe, chronic stomach disorders like gastroparesis and reflux disease who haven't gotten better with standard treatments. The drug aims to help the stomach empty food more quickly, which may reduce symptoms like pain, bloating, and nausea. The trial will measure if patients' symptoms improve over 8 weeks of treatment.
