Summary
This long-term study follows 700 adults who carry a rare genetic mutation that causes early-onset Alzheimer's. Researchers collect blood, spinal fluid, brain scans, and cognitive tests to find biomarkers that signal the disease before memory loss begins. The goal is to improve early detection and help design future prevention trials.
