First seen Jun 27, 2026 · Last updated Jun 27, 2026

Summary

This study tested whether adding the drug nintedanib to standard chemotherapy (docetaxel) helps people with advanced HER2-negative breast cancer live longer without their disease getting worse. Fifty-one adults who had already received some treatment took part. The goal was to see if the combination worked better than chemotherapy alone.
