Summary
This early-stage trial tests a new drug called Peposertib, combined with radiation and chemotherapy, for people with a fast-growing brain cancer (glioblastoma) that has a specific genetic marker (MGMT unmethylated). The goal is to find the best dose and see if the drug can reach the brain to improve treatment. About 29 participants will be enrolled.
