New drug duo aims to halt hard-to-treat endometrial cancer

Summary

This early-phase study tests whether combining two drugs, DKN-01 and pembrolizumab, can help control advanced or recurrent endometrial cancer that cannot be cured with surgery or radiation. Eight adult women with this type of cancer will receive the combination. The main goals are to check safety and see how well the treatment works.
