Summary
This study looked at how faithfully 227 adults with precapillary pulmonary hypertension take their diuretics (water pills). Researchers used questionnaires and pharmacy records to measure adherence and find out why some people miss doses. The goal was to understand the problem and see if poor adherence leads to worse disease.
