Summary
This study looked at whether using a thin, 7-French sheath through a small artery in the wrist is safe and effective for opening blocked heart arteries. 100 adults with heart disease took part. The goal was to see if this approach causes fewer bleeding or artery problems while still successfully treating the blockage.
