First seen Jun 27, 2026 · Last updated Jul 08, 2026 · Updated 2 times
Summary
This study tests whether digoxin, a heart medication, can help children and young adults with a specific type of relapsed brain cancer called non-WNT/non-SHH medulloblastoma. About 23 participants aged 1 to 29 will receive digoxin to see if it stops the cancer from growing for at least 4 months. The goal is to find a new treatment option for this hard-to-treat cancer.
