Summary

This study tests whether using a smartphone app with short mindfulness and light exercise modules can improve quality of life and reduce stress, anxiety, and depression. About 120 adults in the U.S. will use the app and report changes in mindfulness, exercise habits, and mood. The goal is to see if digital tools can support mental wellness in everyday life.
