Summary

This study tests whether digital tools, like a smartphone platform, can help adults with allergic rhinitis (hay fever) better control their symptoms. About 240 participants will either receive standard care or standard care plus digital tools for 12 months. The goal is to see if these tools improve symptom severity, medication adherence, and quality of life.
