Summary

This study tests a digital program called Family Check-Up Online, designed to help parents improve their child's mental health and prevent family violence. About 1,270 families with children aged 11-14 will take part. Parents will use the program on their smartphone, with some getting extra coaching. The goal is to see if the program improves parenting skills, child behavior, and reduces depression and anxiety.
