NCT ID NCT06063564
Summary
This study is testing a new digital tool called PREVENT, designed to help doctors in rural clinics provide better diet and exercise counseling to patients with obesity. The tool displays patient health information to guide conversations and set personalized goals. Researchers will work with clinics to adapt the tool and then pilot it with 60 patients to see if it's helpful and easy to use.
