Summary
This study tested a simple, secure website called Adhere.ly, designed to help therapists give and track homework assignments between therapy sessions. It compared standard therapy for anxiety and depression to therapy that used this digital tool. The goal was to see if the tool helped people practice their therapy skills more consistently and improved their symptoms.
