First seen Aug 26, 2026 · Last updated Aug 27, 2026 · Updated 1 time
Summary
This trial tests whether an online therapy platform, BetterHelp, can reduce symptoms of moderate to severe depression and anxiety. Adults in the US with elevated scores on standard anxiety or depression scales will either get access to the platform for 16 weeks or be in a control group. The study will measure how many people sign up and stick with the program, as well as changes in anxiety and depression symptoms.
