Summary

This study is testing if a specific online sleep therapy program can prevent depression in pregnant people who have trouble sleeping. It compares two different six-week digital sleep programs to see which one is better at reducing the risk of developing depression during pregnancy and the first year after birth. Researchers are following 456 participants to measure their mood and sleep over time.
