Military tests phone app to battle insomnia and PTSD
NCT ID NCT07335276
Summary
This pilot study is testing whether a self-guided smartphone app can help service members with insomnia sleep better. 144 active-duty military personnel will be randomly assigned to either use the app for five weeks or wait. Researchers will measure changes in sleep quality, daytime function, depression, and PTSD symptoms to see if the app is helpful.
